Works contract

Explanation:
Or "contract for works" as opposed to services or goods. In Lithuanian, various international terms get verbs added to them, or are otherwise inflated, in order to comply with language rules, but these extra words do not actually carry additional meaning and do not need to be translated back into English. Of course, you could say "contract for the performance of works". No harm in that.

Whichever answer you choose, do use "works" in plural as that is the proper legal term for them. Darbai is not the same as darbas in LT either.

contractor agreement, independent contractor agreement

Explanation:
I’m quite sure it means an external contractor (not an employee who does “work”, “performance” etc.), so you could even use the full, widely used English term “independent contractor agreement”.

Also “performance” (proposed by other answerers) usually means “level of service delivered” rather than “carrying out [of a task]”.

contractor - a person or company whose job is to provide goods or to do work for another person, organization, company, etc. at a particular price
