Domāju, ka diez vai "single registration number" ir nepareizi, taču ir ļoti maz atsauču - ar "unified" lietojuma piemēru ir daudz vairāk un no samērā cienījamiem avotiem. Sīkāk papētot, izskatās pat tā, ka kolēģa Will Matter piedāvātais "uniform registration number" ir vislabākais variants.
