The first part is:

Anno Domini millesimo quadragesimo vicesimo tertio
(in 1423 AD, the year of his death)

cuius anime propiciet deus, amen

(In classical latin: cuius animae propitiet deus, amen.)

This means: may he gain the Lord's favor on his soul.
