Secondary godparents Explanation: Googling "filippino godparents" will get you loads and loads and loads of discussion about the place of godparents in Filippino culture. "Secondary" seems to come up the most frequently in the first set of hits that I got, but in any case I advise you to do a little more Googling and see what feels best for you.
