English translation:Drive-in Parking Lot
Explanation:
This can be simply translated into "Drive-in Parking Lot/Space/Facility".
As it means a Parking Lot where the driver can drive-in to park the vehicle.

And, 機械式駐車場 is the one in which the car is parked with the help of motors/machinery so it can be called as "Mechanical Car Parking Lot/Space/Facility".

neutral  Tomoyuki Kono: I'm not sure if 'drive-in' as an adjective means that. Shorter OED says '(designating) a cinema, bank, restaurant, etc., that can be visited without getting out one's car'. 'Drive-in parking lot' is therefore a bit of an oxymoron, isn't it?
