former customer solicitation Explanation: I can only guess from the context given, but I sure know there is no "formal" term for this one, because just quick googling reveals this term appears under many different contexts. If this 回帰 (going back, returning, home-coming) is associated with customer negotiation, it probably implies the former customer, hence my suggestion. The direct translation of 回帰 is not there because it is obvious. |
