Japanese term or phrase: gakuto daiku
Think it means something like 'carpenter student', 'masters apprentice' or similar. I am a carpenter/woodworker and I want to use it as a term of respect, gratitude to the master craftsman I have been studying with, when signing off at the end of letters to him.
Both formal and informal. Thank you.
