This is a patent application by Ajinomoto and the representative of the firm is in this division of the firm. The application is all to do with Amino acids. The only reference I have found is here. http://pub.ne.jp/yamamizu/?entry_id=3767478. I think that it is something to do with generating acids but would like to be sure.
