Spicy salad with onion and seasoned sliced pork

Explanation:
豚シャブ is sliced pork that dip into a boiled water for a little while, and seasoned with sesame sauce or ponze sauce or some other sauces. In this case, I don't know which season they use so I just put "seasoned".

Spicy salad with lightly boiled thin slice of port and onion

Explanation:
I don't get this kind of translation as a job for some reason, but I would put it this way if I ever did. I think you need "lightly" to indicate the pork is boiled only for a short period of time. Those slices of pork are not likely to be seasoned before put together as a salad. I put port before onion just because of my meat eater's instinct.

"Shabu Shabu" is a way of cooking: very fine sliced meat get softly drunken in boiled water and than cooled in icecold water.

Spicy salad with boiled pork and onion

Explanation:
Just one more variation.
Considering that it's a menu and thus the term needs to be both clear about the ingredients of the dish and not very long at the same time, I would say there is not need in explaining the way of how exactly the pork was boiled - just "boiled" seems to be enough. The same with the "sliced" part - I do not think the customers would expect the pork in the salad come in one piece.
This being said, Ksenia's translation is pretty good, only, as Gertraud said (and I agree with her), it does sound like two dishes - "boiled pork" and "onion spicy salad".

boiled sliced pork and onion spicy (hot) salad

Explanation:
As Chizuru says, sliced pork is cooked in this recipe.
And 'WITH' often appears though, this word seems to be translated as'添え’or'入り’ or'・・・とともに, so I don't use it here.

Piquant Shabu-shabu Pork and Onion Salad

Explanation:
This definition of ピリ辛:
唐辛子や胡椒(こしょう)がきいていて、ぴりぴりと辛い味がすること
puts me in mind of "piquant" ("Agreeably pungent, sharp, appetizing").

Recipes for shabu-shabu salads that I have seen usually include bitter greens, which give the salads their pungency (not added spices).

As the pork is an ingredient in the salad, I would use "shabu-shabu pork" rather than "pork shabu-shabu", which suggests that last night's leftovers are being made into a salad.
