Japanese term or phrase: 頑張り代
Context:
ただ、下記の事務所は調整と頑張り代がある事務所として6事務所挙げました。

I've googled this and get zero results. I almost feel like it must be a typo since I can't imagine any type of expenses for persevering, so to speak. What the heck is this? Some 頑張れ in finding an answer :) Thanks.

scope for persistence

Explanation:
How about translating it as
"However, the 6 units listed below are recommended, as the units having regulations and a scope for persistence."

The word "unit" or "outlet" may be used instead of "office" depending on the context.
