Just a guess that the author typed and henkan'ed せんあん instead of せんがん...
in which case it would be face wash / facial cleanser?

typo for 洗顔. There's no such word as 千案。My guess is that the person who typed this word tried to type 洗顔 by ローマ字入力, but the computer did not acknowledge the "ga" and recognized it as "a".
