Tech/Engineering - Construction / Civil Engineering / Interior decoration materials
Japanese term or phrase: 差し目地
I have come across this term in a document listing the materials and finishings used for the interior decoration of hotel facilities. The full-entry is 差し目地小口 (where I take 小口 to mean "edge"). I have also translated 差し目 as "joint" in other places.

Unfortunately I cannot provide more context as the document is simply a lengthy list of technical terms.

The only entry I have found online where 差し目地 is explained is the following (toward the end of the page):

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!
