Japanese term or phrase: 導入先に置くシステム
導入先に置くシステムは操作パネルがついた本体とスキャナというコンパクトな構成で、スキャナにまとめて名刺を置くだけで自動的に読み取ります。

English translation:the system installed at the site...
Explanation:
I think that 導入先 can be "abstracted" rather than literally translating the term. 導入 literally means introduced, bring into, lead into, import, induce [Source: Nelson's Japanese Character Dictionary]

The system installed at the site
(I think "site" is neutral and can apply to many situations)

に置くシステム = system to be installed

Just had a quick breakfast. :-)
導入先 is likely to be a customer, but if this is perhaps related to an instruction/information manual, I would tend keep it more neutral as "site." It could be a system bequeathed to a school, government office, business office, etc. There are quite a few possibilities aside from being the direct "customer" if looking at a brochure, instruction manual, etc.

customer-site system

Explanation:
It is literally "system that is introduced to xxx" where xxx is a business, location... it is likely a customer. Assuming it this system is installed at a customer site, I suggest rendering it as a "customer-site system." I think this is trying to differentiate this system from other configurations of the system.
