Science - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / Division name
Japanese term or phrase: 合樹
This is part of the name of a division of a company, I believe. It appears as follows:

EMEA本部合樹・無機化学品Divに関する内部監査報告書の要望事項に対する検討状況報告のこと

The only thing I can think of is that 合樹 is short for 合成樹脂, or "synthetic resin".

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

synthetic resin
Explanation:
I would go with synthetic resin as you suggested.
The writer decided to abbreviate it because that is the way they say it between colleagues in the same field. That's all I could conclude.
