Japanese to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Accounting
Japanese term or phrase: 戻し入れ
Hi all. Accounting is not my field and I can't work out an appropriate way to differentiate between 取崩し and 戻し入れ.

https://www.fukai-cpa.com/english/tips/account-title-income-...

As far as I can tell, they are both translated as "reversal". However, according to the following link 取崩し is used when expected expenses materialize, whereas 戻し入れ is used when said expenses are not made.

I would be grateful for any suggestions! Thank you in advance.

Explanation:
Can you post the paragraph or a small section of it to understand the context, so I can figure out the best way to help you out? Without that it is very hard. Some words are very similar and nuanced and it really depends on what is written on the rest of the text.
