Art. 762.
(Termine)

I sigilli non possono essere rimossi e l'inventario non può essere eseguito se non dopo tre giorni dall'apposizione, salvo che il giudice (1) per cause urgenti stabilisca altrimenti con decreto motivato.
Se alcuno degli eredi é minore non emancipato, non si può procedere alla rimozione dei sigilli finché non gli sia stato nominato un tutore o un curatore speciale.

Mi interessa solo la parte - se non dopo tre giorni dall'apposizione? Cosa vuol dire - che devono passare almeno 3 giorno dall'apposizione di sigilli?
