non so se ho interpretato correttamente la tua domanda. ma mi pare che i taborety siano PIANI DI COTTURA predisposti con "piastre elettriche" o normali "bruciatori"

taborety come supporto, quindi "piani di cottura su supporto o supporti per piani di cottura" per facilitarne lo spostamento. si usavano anche in italia negli anni '60. azzarderei anche "piano di cottura portatile", in attesa di idee più illuminate da parte dei colleghi.
