- al piano terreno (primo fuori terra), due camere, cucina, servizi, un locale cantina, un locale caldaia, portico a nudo tetto ed un locale ad uso autorimessa privata;

Da quello che so, una cantina può essere sia una stanza interrata o seminterrata oppure un locale destinato alla vinificazione. Qui si descrive il piano terreno di un fabbricato per civile abitazione. Secondo voi sarebbe una di queste due opzione oppure un'altra? Grazie in anticipo!

credo che qui si intenda che c'è un locale, cioè una stanza adibita a cantina e una adibita a caldaia, cioè dove si trova la caldaia. Credo che sia solo un modo diverso di dire cantina.

credo che qui si intenda che c'è un locale, cioè una stanza adibita a cantina e una adibita a caldaia, cioè dove si trova la caldaia. Credo che sia solo un modo diverso di dire cantina.
