Sto traducendo una presentazione di un proggetto di costruzione di una fondazione senza scopo di lucro e dice così:

Lo scopo è realizzare, - ivi comprese le altre opere necessarie per integrare organicamente l'erigendo fabbricato con il più ampio complesso confinante dell'OIC. Il fabbricato sarà eretto su un terreno....

il mio dubbio:

l'erigendo fabbricato (yo lo traduciría como "la estructura en construcción" o "el edificio en construcción" pero creo que algo me falta!)

ho paura che questo termine abbia un particolar significato legale che io non conosco.
