Estoy traduciendo un exhorto y se habla de declaraciones de rentas.

Con esta frase me he quedado atrancada. En verdad me sirve más de un término.

Contexto: un exhorto. En el exhorto se especifica que pueden acceder al patrocinio a cargo del Estado aquéllos quienes tienen cierta renta.
La frase entera es: "Ai fini della determinazione dei limiti di reddito indicati nel comma 1 si tiene conto anche dei redditi che per legge sono esenti dall'IRPEF o che sono ***soggetti a ritenuta alla fonte a titolo d'imposta, ovvero ad imposta sostitutiva***

Al llegar a lo que he puesto entre asteriscos me ha dado un patatús.

Mi intento de traducción es más o menos el siguiente:
A fines de la determinación de los límites de renta indicados en el inciso 1 se tienen en cuenta también las rentas exentas de IRPEF por ley o imponibles en el origen como impuesto, o imponibles ...(no sé qué vuelta darle a la frase para traducir esto)
