Dopo alcune ricerche, penso Isp possa voler dire Ispettorato (del Lavoro).
Si tratterà di analisi che sono inerenti la sicurezza del lavoro. Infatti, esiste ISPSL, cioè Istituto Superiore per la Prevenzione e la Sicurezza del Lavoro.

Dopo altre ricerche ho visto che esistono anche gli ispettorati territoriali delle varie regioni italiane e che la parola ispettorato viene abbreviata in Isp.
