Il Sig. XY informato ai sensi dell'articolo X della possibilità di ricorrere a mediazione civile con i benefici fiscali... nomina ad assisterlo rappresentarlo e difenderlo nel presente giudizio l'Avv. Z.

Mi chiedo se "informato" posso renderlo con "informado con arreglo al art".... oppure sarebbe meglio utilizzare "tras haber sido informado"...
