Per il biscotto charlotte:
Montare a neve ben soda l'albume d'uovo con lo zucchero utilizzando la frusta, unire poi a mano, mescolando dal basso
verso l'alto, i tuorli d'uovo leggermente sbattuti, quindi completare con la farina setacciata, sempre mescolandola a mano dal basso verso l'alto. Versare il composto così ottenuto fino a tre quarti dello stampo ed infornare a 170° C per circa 25
minuti. A fine cottura far raffreddare e smodellare con cura.
Per la bagna alla vaniglia: sciogliere lo zucchero nell'acqua calda, far raffreddare ed unire il liquore alla vaniglia.

Potresti dire solo "Charlotte", secondo me va bene in tutti e due i modi, come nell'esempio:

"Charlotte de queso fresco y frambuesas
(Bizcocho Charlotte con queso fresco en el interior y decorado con frambuesas)"

Bizcocho para charlotte


Explanation:
La charlotte es un postre normalmente hecho de algún bizcocho o galleta empapado en algún tipo de jarabe y relleno de mousse o crema. Se pueden utilizar galletas o un bizcocho casero como en este caso.

Penso che si riferisca solo a una parte della torta, che è il biscotto con cui si "fodera" il recipiente, poi dentro c'è la mousse o crema. Nell'insieme è una torta charlotte o semplicemente charlotte, fatta di biscotti e crema, quindi "bizcocho para charlotte" spero ti sia di aiuto.
