mandatar (dl. mandatar) Explanation: Italienii folosesc foarte des termenul de "dottore", dar asta nu inseamna ca respectiva persoana este doctor in vreo disciplina, ci mai mult ca apelativ in loc de "domnule" adresat persoanelor licentiate. Ex: la avocat - il dottor Rossi Cea mai sugestiva mi se pare discutia initiata pe rorumul Proz a d.lui Joris Bogaert referitor la apelativul "dottore" -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 36 zile (2008-07-13 16:40:22 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Un lucru nu inteleg: in mod normal titulatura (dott. proc.) apare inaintea numelui. Din cate vad in aceasta situatie este intercalat. Pentru a-ti putea fi de folos, transcrie si restul fragmentului in italiana, daca se poate. Eu raman inca la parerea mea, ceea ce ma bulverseaza un pic este faptul ca se gaseste in antet, caz in care poate fi vorba de un notar stagiar.
