1.Cumpărarea acţiunilor/părţilor sociale existente
2.Majorarea capitalului social
Alte opţiuni pentru achiziţionarea unei afaceri sunt transferurile de active şi transferurile de afaceri.
Achiziţia de acţiuni/părţi sociale
Nu există restricţii pentru achiziţia de acţiuni într-o societate românească cotată la bursă, însă pentru o societate închisă pot fi impuse astfel de restricţii, care sunt specificate în actul constitutiv.
