Explanation:
Ou olho de peixe morto. Olhar lânguido, langoroso, triste, etc. Brasileirismos, a confiar no Houaiss. Podem ser tanto o olhar dos enfermos quanto o olhar dos apaixonados.

Variações (algumas eu não conhecia): olhar de mormaço, olhar quebrado, olho de cabra morta, olho dependurado, olho de gata morta.

PS. Triglia, de acordo com o Treccani, é o nome de duas espécies de peixe, Mullus barbatus e Mullus surmuletus, e "fare l’occhio di triglia", "guardare languidamente (una persona, o anche una cosa che si desideri avere".
