Explanation:
ich weiß, die Frage ist alt; dachte nur, ich füge diese Erklärung hinzu - vgl. Referenzen; habe außerdem mit meinem Onkel gesprochen, der Winzer ist: acino = die Beere und nicht der Kern, die Trauben werden nicht enkernt, sondern die Beeren von den Kämmen (auch: Rappen, it. raspi) getrennt. Manchmal umfasst "Keltern" Abbeeren und Pressen bzw. die Weinherstellung im Allgemeinen (vgl. Referenz 2); da aber die Pressung (ebenfalls in Referenz 2) auch als "das eigentliche Keltern" bezeichnet wird und mein Onkel (ohne viel Nachzudenken) Keltern und Pressen synonym verwendete, halte ich "Abbeeren und Keltern" für eine gute Lösung
