Mi ha sorpreso che c'è così tanta sabbia, intorno a 60 %.

Mittlere Böden sind nicht nur wegen ihrer problemlosen Bearbeitung die besten Gartenböden. Sie sind weder zu locker wie die Sandböden, noch zu dicht wie Tonböden. Ein mittlerer Boden ist beispielsweise Lößboden oder Schwarzerde. Lößböden entstanden durch Ablagerungen von feinem, nährstoffreichem Material durch Winde am Ende der letzten Eiszeit. Die besten Weine entstehen aus Trauben, die auf Lößboden gewachsen sind. Mittlere Böden bestehen zu 10 bis 25 % aus Ton, zu 70 bis 80 % aus Schluff*** und zu geringen Teilen aus Fein- und Mittelsand.
