Zusammenfassende Beschreibung (lat. Gewebe, Faserung) für den Geschmacks-Eindruck eines zumeist Rotweines im Rahmen einer Wein-Ansprache. Die Kriterien sind dabei die Cremigkeit (weich und dickflüssig) und vor allem der Anteil der Tannine. Eine „gute Textur” bedeutet, dass der Wein cremig (weich) und konzentriert auf der Zunge liegt. Beschreibende Attribute sind samtig (seidig) oder adstringierend. Verwandte, aber umfassendere Begriffe als Textur sind Körper und Struktur.

Explanation:
mir fällt zu "vino di stoffa" aber auch vor allem "körperreicher Wein" ein. Findet man z.B. häufig bei Barolo in der jeweiligen Sprache.
