Si fa presto a dire Vin Santo! È certamente il più conosciuto tra i vini da dolci, proposto a fine pasto in ogni ristorante toscano che si rispetti accanto ai cantucci senesi. In effetti questo vino, se ben conservato coricando la bottiglia orizzontalmente in una cantina buia, umida e fresca, può essere bevuto anche dopo 20 anni, mantenendo il suo caratteristico profumo e il gusto morbido. Le uve vengono lasciate appassire per circa 5 mesi e dopo una pigiatura leggera, viene messo a riposare per 4 lunghi anni prima di essere imbottigliato.


Beh, questo vuole essere un grido di aiuto rivolto a tutti coloro che sono ispirati creativamente :-)...
