appartamento ad uso abitazione composto da.... ... intestato a AAA, BBB, CCC, DDD, EEE e FFF, in ragione della quota di 2/18 (due diciottesimi) ciascuno e GGG, in ragione della quota 6/18 (sei diciottesimi).

Ich frage mich, ob man im Deutschen nicht erst den Wortlaut (also zwei Achzehntel) schreibt, und danach in Klammer die Zahlenangabe....also:
für einen Anteil von jeweils zwei Achzehntel (2/18) usw...

Wie wird das in deutschen Grundbüchern geführt?

  -> die Antwort ist trotz Schreibfehlers in der Erklärung richtig -- 2/18 (due diciottesimi) = 2/18 (zwei Achtzehntel) -- Schreibfehler durch schnelles Kopieren und Einfügen aus dem Text der Frage (wo sich der Fehler befindet!)
