In piena sintonia con la sua epoca, Ulrico Hoepli realizzò uno strumento di diffusione del sapere, che aveva l'ambizione di proporre in modo classificatorio e universalistico
lo scibile umano, in accordo con il pensiero dell’epoca. Ma questo progetto concepito a fine Ottocento, racchiude anche una visione sul presente. La rivoluzione lungimi¬rante di Ulrico Hoepli fu infatti quella di rendere accessibili le nuove informazioni della sua epoca al maggior numero di persone: i suoi Manuali, dal formato standar¬dizzato, scritti con un linguaggio accessibile, economici e tascabili, erano adatti per essere venduti su larga scala. Essi, presentati oggi, in una realtà in cui l'accesso alle informazioni è sempre più facile e immediato, offrono lo spunto per proporre una mostra che faccia riflettere su aspetti del vivere quotidiano.

in modo classificatorio, parlando di vocabolari e Nachschlagewerke in generale, può essere un sinonimo di tassonomico also in ein bestimmtes System einordnend... systematisch oder sogar taxonomisch sind die einzige Ausdrücke, die mir einfallen...leider sind sie nicht so elegant :/

auf Deutsch gedacht wäre das - was allerdings nicht unbedingt mit dem ital. Ausgangstext zu tun hat - meiner Meinung nach:
- "übersichtlich aufgegliedert" für classificatorio und "umfassend" für universalistico
