Nutrition / Testo riguardante la produzione del formaggio grana padano
Italian term or phrase: foraggi verdi o conservati
Ciao,
si tratta della descrizione del formaggio Grana Padano D.O.P., molto sintetica, ecco la frase:
"Il Grana Padano D.O.P. è un formaggio prodotto da latte di vacca crudo la cui alimentazione base è contraddistinta da FORAGGI VERDI O CONSERVATI."
Cosa s'intende per "foraggi verdi o conservati".
Io l'ho tradotto così: "Die Produktion beruht auf Rohmilch von Kühen, die vor allem mit frischem oder haltbar gemachtem Grünfutter ernährt werden."
Da Wikpedia ho trovato che anche i FORAGGI VERDI possono essere conservati. Non ho scelto di dire "Grünfutter und haltbare Futtermittel" perché in un'altra parte del testo dicono "SI VIETANO TUTTI I FORAGGI INSILATI", quindi sarebbe CONTRADDITTORIO tradurre "o conservati" con "haltbare Futtermittel."

Forse c'é un esperto nel campo che potrebbe dirmi se la mia traduzione può andare bene..

Explanation:
Ich denke eher an Grünfutter, das in Silos geladen wird und dort durch Gärungsprozesse haltbar gemacht wird, im Gegensatz zu Trockenfutter wie Heu. Silofutter wird auch Silage genannt.

Falls der Hinweis von Gerrit auch für Grana Padano zutrifft, handelt es sich nicht um Silofutter, sondern um pelletiertes Trockenfutter (Arme Kühe!!)

neutral  Gerrit Hoein (X): Milch für die Hartkäseherstellung darf nicht mit Silage erzeugt werden (es können Fehlgärungen = Aufblähen im Käse entstehen). In Emilia Romagna werden z. B. Luzerneheu und Luzernepellets (aus "industrieller" Trocknung) gefüttert.
