Wechsel des Punctum fixum
Explanation:
Punctum fixum und Punctum mobile (eingedeutscht auch "Punktum") bezeichnen das unbewegte und das bewegte Ende des Muskels bei einer Muskelkontraktion.
"Inversione" verstehe ich so, dass Punctum fixum und Punctum mobile vertauscht werden, aber eine solche Formulierung ist für eine Übersetzung wohl zu frei. "Wechsel" ist m.o.w. genauso halbeindeutig wie "inversione", aber es gibt sicher auch noch andere Möglichkeiten.
