| Reference: praticamente significa Reference information: che nessun per lui potrà pagare l'onere. Ovvero, attenzione alla parola 'solidarietà' nel tributario. Esempio pratico: lo stato per incassare invia la richiesta di pagamento anche ai soggetti che per legge non sono obbligati a pagare, ma che lo fanno per il cosiddetto "principio di Solidarietà", o meglio nella maggioranza dei casi per ignoranza. I soggetti paganti si potranno rifare, solo in seguito, sulla parte che non ha pagato. Intanto lo Stato (che affonda le sue radici del diritto tributario su quello Borbonico) incassa non curandosi della giustezza dello stato di cose. SFIDO che ALL'ESTERO non ESISTA questo profilo!!
