Familieneinkommen) um quellenbesteuerte Einkommen, "a titolo di imposta" wäre doppelt ("zur Besteuerung") und ist hier auch weggelassen (wäre auch mein Vorschlag). -> sono compresi anche questi redditi ai fini della determinazione del totale dei redditi che non bisogna superare per avere diritto al patrocinio a spese dello Stato nelle cause penali. -> bei der Ermittlung der Gesamteinkünfte, die man nicht überschreiten darf, um in/bei Strafsachen / Strafverfahren das Armenrecht in Anspruch nehmen zu können, sind auch diese Einkünfte mit einzurechnen / zu berücksichtigen.
