Guten Morgen!
Ich übersetze gerade einen Sponsoringvertrag für eine Stiftung, der mit "regolamento aziendale per le sponsorizzazioni di eventi formativi" überschrieben ist.
Kopfzerbrechen bereitet mir hier der Begriff "aziendale", da die Stiftung an sich kein Unternehmen oder Betrieb, sondern ein Forschungsinstitut ist. Kurz hatte ich überlegt, es vielleicht mit "intern" zu übersetzen, aber das ist mir irgendwie zu "wenig", da die Bestimmungen ja auch für die Firmen gelten, die sponsern sollen.
Eine weitere Überlegung war, das Kind "Vorschriften für Unternehmen bezüglich des Sponsorings von xy" zu taufen, aber das würde es auch nicht treffen, da die Vorschriften auch intern eingehalten werden müssen.

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Ziel und Zweck des regolamento ist wie folgt definiert: "Il presente regolamento ha lo scopo di disciplinare l’acquisizione e la gestione dei contributi economici erogati da Aziende terze e finalizzati alla sponsorizzazione di iniziative formative nel pieno rispetto della normativa vigente in tema di trasparenza, con particolare riferimento alla DGR xy".
