Nelle mie varie ricerche ho trovato una spiegazione alle corde fasciate:

Le corde per gli strumenti a pizzico vengono fabbricate, grosso modo, con tre tipologie di materiali diversi: budello, nylon e metallo. Per ognuno di questi materiali esistono varianti per composizione e caratteristiche tecnologiche.
Ad esempio, le corde in budello possono essere in budello nudo, in budello appesantito, catline (più corde di piccolo diametro attorcigliate insieme); possono anche possono essere rivestite (FASCIATE) cioè possono avere un avvolgimenti esterno a spirale, generalmente in metallo, attorno ad un’anima interna della corda atta ad aumentarne la densità lineare affinché si possano ottenere note gravi contenendo gli spessori, con tensioni sufficientemente elevate.
Nel sito si vedono anche le foto della "fasciatura".

In questo caso non credo che il materiale di rivestimento sia un metallo perchè stiamo parlando di strumenti realizzati nel 19° secolo. Tuttavia, questo è solo un dettaglio. Quello che mi preme sapere è come si traduce questo "fasciate"

Oui cette phrase confirme selon moi que "filées" est correct :
"possono anche possono essere rivestite (fasciate) cioè possono avere un avvolgimenti esterno a spirale, generalmente in metallo, attorno ad un’anima interna della corda atta ad aumentarne la densità lineare affinché si possano ottenere note gravi contenendo gli spessori, con tensioni sufficientemente elevate."
