Je ne suis pas sûre du tout, c'est une proposition, à la lecture du lien ci-dessous.
"Représentant légal" peut sembler ambigu, il semble qu'on l'emploie surtout, mais pas exclusivement, pour désigner le parent (géniteur) ou responsable d'un enfant ou d'une personne sous tutelle.
N'empêche qu'il s'agit bien de représentation dans le cadre d'actes/actions juridiques, si je comprends bien la définition donnée.
