Il kashà sembra essere un piatto esotico dal colore bruno-giallastro (v. link alle immagini). Secondo me ricorda il color caramello o il senape scuro.

Explanation:
Non riesco a trovare altra spiegazione.
Si tratta sicuramente di una sfumatura di beige ma per me è una tinta fredda che si colloca tra i marroni e il tortora (altra tinta fredda). Mi ha fatto subito pensare al cipria, il colore che indossavano le nostre nonne.
Partendo dal marrone verso il tortora si attraversa una scale di tinte fredde, rosate non dorate, il marrone potrebbe essere il glacé e il tortora è appena un grigio sporcato di colore
