tarnsferred to the inter vivos acts, as recorded by the same Notary Explanation: In Italy when a testator (somebody who makes a will) dies, under Art. 623 of the Civil Code, the notary holding the will must notify the heirs. The next step is for the notary to remove the will from its file and transfer it to the file for inter vivos dealings (passaggio del testamento negli atti tra vivi), seeing that it now relates to a matter involving the living heirs (succession). This transfer must be formally recorded by the Notary at the request of the heirs, and the record (verbale) must be registered with the Revenue Agency. https://www.e-glossa.it/wiki/passaggio_del_testamento_pubblico_negli_atti_tra_vivi,_richiesta_di_registrazione_del_relativo_verbale.aspx |
