I tried to look up "rack in this context, but I do not find any pertinent examples.

Explanation:
My dictionary gives it simply as rack; stem rack. Then, it goes on to list all different possibilities in different contexts (including pipe rack as suggested by Emiliano... but in those cases, it is always specified as rastrelliera per aste di perforazione, for example). But there is no context for a compression station. When in doubt, unless you know specifically what the rack is used for, I would go with the more general term of "rack" ("stem rack" means roughly the same as "pipe rack."), because there are also tool racks (rastrelliera per attrezzi) and many other types of racks. But, if you can find out what the rack is used for, then, of course, the more specific term would be better.
