English translation:Center wheel bridge
Explanation:
The original French term is apparently "pont de grandE moyenne", with an "e" after "grand".

The file https://www.cousinsuk.com/PDF/categories/2434_Oris 671,672,6... translates "grande moyenne" as "centre" and "pont" as "bridge", while https://www.feller-sa.ch/en/intermediate-or-center-wheel-mob... also translates "grande moyenne" as "center".

Meanwhile, https://www.mijnwoordenboek.nl/vertaal/FR/EN/pont de grande ... translates "pont de grande moyenne" into "centre wheel bridge".

I can't find any pictures of "pont de grande moyenne" doing a Google image search. Apparently the more commonly used term is "pont de roue de centre", and at https://watchesulike.com/en/calibre-781/11866-tissot-center-... you can find that "pont de roue de centre" and "center wheel bridge" are the same thing. The same applies if you Google the part "Seiko 122.300 7S26 7S36".

Finally, http://catalogue.drouot.com/pdf/chayette/Horlogerie/30062014... refers to "Mouvement : sur le pont des roues de centre et de grande moyenne", as though the two terms indicate one and the same thing.

This part can also apparently be called the "hour wheel bridge", since the "center wheel" apparently drives the hour hand.

Obviously, "center" if your target is US English, but "centre" if the target is UK English.
