Our process is generally as follows: Primary and secondary aluminum are melted. After that treatment the molten aluminum then is casted into a strip. Following that the strip is rolled using hot and cold rolling in order to achieve the desired slug thickness. The desired slug shapes are punched out of the finished strip. The slugs are heat treated in annealing oven for further processing by the customer. A rough slug surface is equally important, which is ensured by means of shot blasting or tumbling.
