Medically, sinuses definitely makes a lot of sense. The report obviously intends to state normal/normal/normal... findings, and a normal ventricle does not contain air. Plus, the deep paranasal sinuses (e.g. ethmoidal cells, sphenoid) can better be visualized by CT scan than any other technique, and it is not uncommon to include a statement on the sinuses even if the scan was for brain imaging purposes.

To me, it would make more sense if they were actually referring to paranasal sinuses. Maybe they were thinking of it and wrote "ventricles" instead by mistake. Let's see what Anne has to say...
