In a medical report about a 77-year old man admitted for stroke, it has these two occurrences:

1) Nel 2009 Ictus per cui permaneva deficit "MM" [but lower case] facciale inferiore sn ed emiparesi sn;
AND:
2) Esame neurologico all'ingresso: paziente vigile, eloquio spontaneo assente, esegue saltuariamente ordini semplici, CV apparentemente indenne, deficit "MM" [but lower case] facciale inf sin (esiti), emiplegia emisoma sn (esiti ischemici pregressi), emiparesi emisoma ds.
