"La paziente al risveglio (verso le 9 del mattino) veniva ritrovata meno reattiva del solito con deviazione della rima labiale, disartria e difficoltà alla marcia, motivo per cui si contatta l'ambulanza"

I guess it means the position on the lips/mouth showed signs of changes, but is there a standard phrase for this?
