Taken from a chest x-ray report:

"slargata la marginale mediastinica superiore di destra con dislocazione controlaterale del vettore tracheale da verosimile quid espansivo di pertinenza tiroidea"

The only concrete term I can find is "something" but that doesn't really seem to fit this context.
