Hi, guys. I would really appreciate a little help understanding this turn of phrase. I am translating a "Processo Verbale di Constatazione" and am unsure about the use of "attratti" in this context. Does "trasparenza" refer to the Regime di Trasparenza Fiscale or is it simply "for reasons of transparency"?

My attempt: "Should the revenue generated by XXX be collected for reasons of transparency by the direct/indirect associate...
