I'm aware that 'premesso che' translates as 'whereas' but can't seem to find much for 'premesso altresi che'. It doesn't seem to add much to be honest as the part of the contract it is in just continues on listing from the first 'premesso che'.

  -> Point taken but look at the first line of the asker's question: I'm aware that 'premesso che' translates as 'whereas' but can't seem to find much for 'premesso altresi che'. Otherwise, in almost every lingo, it is original legal drafting that stands out.
